Finally: good news re DH. He had a heart catheterization today which showed NO real damage to the heart or the bypasses that were installed 7 years ago. Everything is A OK. I went to visit DH in ICU tonight (at the odd visiting hours of 10:30 to 11:00) and he had been moved to a regular room. Which means he’ll likely return home tomorrow. DH visited the surgeon that put in his catheter today – the catheter that has been leaking. Dr said he had never seen anything like this: in 9 weeks, the catheter wound did not heal AT ALL. Dr said he could simply pull the catheter right out of DH’s abdomen. No scar tissue holding in. … Continue reading »
